Referral track

Do I earn commission once, or every month?

Every month. You earn 10% of the client's fees for as long as they stay with Cove Marketing. It is recurring, with no cap and no expiry date.

Does the 10% cover everything the client buys?

Yes. If a client you refer takes ads, SEO, landing pages and email automation, you earn 10% across all of it, calculated on fees billed.

How is my commission calculated, and how do I trust it?

On the fees actually billed to the client each month. We show you the calculation so you can check it yourself.

How does my referral payment actually arrive?

Monthly, calculated on fees billed to the client, with the calculation shared. We ask for your payment details once your referred client signs.

What does a referral cost me if the client never signs?

Nothing. You make the introduction and we take it from there. If they never sign, nothing is owed and nothing is lost.

What do I have to do after I refer someone?

Nothing after the introduction. We run the audit, the proposal and the delivery. You see the calculation each month and the payment lands.

Will you approach or poach my client on white-label?

No. On white-label we deliver behind your brand and never contact your client directly. You own the relationship and the client list stays yours, during the partnership and after it ends.

How is the wholesale rate set?

We agree the wholesale rate with you in writing before any work starts. You set the price your client pays and keep the margin.

Is there a written white-label agreement?

Yes. Scope, wholesale rate, confidentiality and the no-contact commitment are all set out in writing before any work starts, and we are happy to sign your NDA on top.

What makes your white-label delivery different?

The measurement layer. We connect the CRM, hold click identifiers through the form, verify consent, and feed qualified outcomes back into Google Ads, so campaigns optimise to real customers.

What is the commitment for the end client?

A 90-day initial term to give the work time to land, then it moves to rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. No long lock-ins.

What happens if my client is not happy?

You tell us and we course-correct, with the changes visible in the next report. There are no long lock-ins either: after the 90-day initial term everything rolls monthly with 30 days' notice, and on white-label you hold the client relationship throughout, so you decide what happens next.

Can I do both tracks?

Yes. Many partners start by referring a client or two, then move delivery to white-label as volume grows. You can run both at once.
